Abstract

This research is entitled "Role of the State Administrative Court in Realizing Good Governance" which aims to explore the role and authority of the State Administrative Court in creating good governance in Indonesia. Since the reform era, the concept of good governance has begun to receive attention in Indonesia, especially due to demands to improve the government system which previously placed the president as the center of power and weak public participation in social supervision. Good governance is needed to realize people's aspirations and achieve the nation's goals and aspirations. In this context, the PTUN has an important role as a guardian to ensure that government administrative actions are not only procedurally valid but also fair and in accordance with substantive legal standards. This research uses a literature study method to identify and analyze various references relevant to this topic. Through literature analysis, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how PTUN can optimize its authority in order to support the creation of good governance. It is hoped that the results of this research can make a significant contribution to discussions and solving problems related to the application of the principles of good governance in Indonesia.
